  • Flights and Hotels bookings for patients.
  • Assist orthopaedic surgeons during surgical appointment procedures.
  • Conduct pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments.
  • Manage patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and rehabilitation.
  • Must have Own reliable Car.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Participate in patient rounds and case discussions.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Organise consultations with the patients.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of patient care protocols.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
  • Support patients in pain management and rehabilitation exercises.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
  • Contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Position Requirements:
  • Qualifications - Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification will be adventurous for the position.
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in orthopaedic surgery or related field.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of orthopaedic conditions and treatments.
  • Ability to interpret diagnostic tests and develop treatment plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate approach to patient care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in patient documentation.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and make quick decisions.
  • Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Ability to educate patients and families about treatment plans and preventive care.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
