RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand, evaluate, and match client requirements with available properties.
• Identify vacant opportunities within a designated area of Johannesburg and add to our listing database.
• Prospect and maintain our extensive client database on a state of the art pipeline system.
• Negotiate effectively between clients, tenants, and other parties to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
• Adhere to our company's high ethical standards and code of conduct in all dealings and communications.

SKILLS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Own reliable motor vehicle with valid drivers licence.
