PURPOSE OF THE POSITIONTo increase rentals through the Online Travel Agents by optimising listings, developing relationships with account managers, and implementing strategies and procedures.KEY PERFORMANCE AREASPlay an active role in strategy and identify new opportunities to maximise revenue through OTA channels.xc2xb7 Implementation of strategy and procedures on OTA platforms and optimisation and setup of OTA listings. This includes developing relationships with account managers, property teams and internal teams.xc2xb7 Content, room type and rate management on all OTA listings and specific channel managers. This includes maintaining payment, cancellation policies and competitor sets.xc2xb7 Implementation and adjustment of promotions on OTA listings and specific channel managers.xc2xb7 Monitoring payment status of commission invoices, upcoming and past reservations.xc2xb7 Monthly and weekly reporting and reconciliation of rentals and performance. This includes verifying commission amounts.xc2xb7 User access setup and management on OTAs.xc2xb7 Coordinating bookings and payments through channel managers. This includes checking that bookings have processed on all systems and are correctly categorized, coordinating cancelled reservations and modifications, and marking declined payments.xc2xb7 Rate parity monitoring, resolutions, and updates.xc2xb7 Rate and room type setup and updates in all channel managers, OTA and Property Management Systems.COMPETENCIES REQUIREDxc2xb7 Accurate and high attention to detailxc2xb7 Professional and excellent communication skillsxc2xb7 Ability to take initiative.xc2xb7 Excellent administration skillsxc2xb7 Confident and good organizational skillsQUALIFCATIONS AND EXPERIENCExc2xb7 System experience of IRIS and Opera (Preferable)xc2xb7 Intermediate Microsoft knowledge (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)xc2xb7 Knowledge of travel industry channel managers and online travel agents.xc2xb7 Online Travel Agent account management.
