Process Management

• Accurate receipting of stock from internal / external supplier
• Supplier goods returns.
• Accurate physical stock movement with relevant documentation with compliance to product storing conditions and timeous customer deliveries.
• Meticulous execution of warehouse department procedures
• Adherence to FIFO principles
• Perform both delegated and non-delegated activities
• Compliance to document traceability and filling
• Daily Cycle Counts in designated area
• Liaising with customer / supplier with regards to loading and offloading stock
• Samples to technical departments
• Quarterly audited stock wall to wall counts
• Accurate and timeous with regards to customer returns

Administration

• Daily maintenance and data capturing on SAP B1 and ECC (WMS)
• Procedure update and training close out audit findings
• Measure and report on all KPIS
• Compliance to export Procedure
• Manage the receipts and transfers of reworks to/from production

Safety

• Maintain a neat and Tidy work environment (clean as you go)
• Maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications & Experience

• Matric with mathematics
• Minimum of years related work experience in a sales and food and beverage industry would be an advantage.
• Understanding and knowledge of MS Office and fully computer literate.
• Understanding knowledge of typical Warehouse procedures and practices
• Forklift & Reach Truck licence will be an added advantage
