Acting as the primary point of contact for all new customers
Achieve KPIs and financial targets.
Provide superior customer service across all communication channels.
Familiarity with High Touch and Low Touch application processes.
Active engagement with stakeholders for accurate and timely customer requests.
Provide feedback on applications submitted.
Follow up with customers for additional documentation and information.
Relay positive and negative decisions to clients.Deal with requests from new or existing customers.
Grade 12 (Matric)
Strong customer service and sales experience
Experience with E-commerce applications.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills and a high level of attention to detail
