- Actively work towards your sales target, by ensuring high quality and consistent outbound calls.
- Build rapport with the client, and ensure every experience is exceptional.
- Think on your feet to provide solutions to challenges faced by the client.
- You will be conversing in voice, email and chat. Therefore, professionalism is to be maintained through all channels.
- Ability to accurately assess customer needs and potential, identify and deal with objections.
- Be comfortable and confident in your approach to clients.
- RE5 and DOFA in check
- Must have at least 1 yearxc3xa2xe2x82xacxe2x84xa2s unbroken outbound sales experience, selling Car and Household Insurance
- Clear Criminal Record and Clear Credit Record
- Excellent communication both verbal and written.
