- Drives the team to reach their sales target, by ensuring high quality and consistent outbound calls.
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates and call quality.
- Conduct daily team meetings to discuss performance and challenges.
- Coach, guide and motivate agents.
- Analyse sales trends and implement corrective action where needed.
- Manage performance and discipline of agents effectively
- RE5 and DOFA in check
- Must have at least 5 years sales experiences with 1 xc3xa2xe2x82xac 2 years as Team leader
- xc3x82 Outbound sales experience, selling Car and Household Insurance
- Clear Criminal Record and Clear Credit Record
- Excellent communication both verbal and written.
- Excellent leadership Skills
- Driven

- Ability to manage stress
