? Matric (Grade 12)
? Minimum
2 years of debt review sales experience
? Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
? Sales-oriented with a
strong drive for success
? Self-motivated with the ability to lead and inspire a team
? Previous
supervisory or team leader experience
is essentialKey Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales consultants Drive
sales performance
and ensure targets are met Monitor team productivity and provide ongoing training & support Implement strategies tomaximize conversions
and client engagement Report on sales metrics and performance to managementJob Type: Permanent
Pay: R12000,00 - R15000,00 per month
