Job Description
Are you enthusiastic about connecting with customers and driving sales? Craft Liquor Merchants is seeking energetic and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as an Outbound Telesales Consultant based in Gauteng on fixed term basis.Responsibilities:
- Effectively execute outbound telesales procedures.
- Effectively execute order taking.
- Delivering customer satisfaction by assisting new customers in opening accounts
- Effectively execute cycle brief and other operational requirements from RSM.
- Delivering customer satisfaction by building customer relationships.
- Effectively execute stock allocation.
- Effectively execute product changes.
- Effectively execute the cycle brief execution feedback.
- Delivering customer satisfaction by planning and executing outbound telesales call plan.
- Grade 12
- Diploma relating to Sales, Marketing, Hospitality management or Food and Beverage management. (Beneficial)
- Certificate from Cape Wine Academy (Beneficial)
- 2-3 years' sales and telesales experience in a related FMCG environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
