Job Title: Outbound Tele-Sales Manager

We are looking for an Outbound Tele-Sales Manager to drive performance, ensure quality customer interactions, and implement effective sales strategies. If you have a proven track record in outbound sales, leadership, and target-driven environments, this opportunity is for you!Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and monitor call quality assurance processes.
  • Develop and refine call calibration templates.
  • Ensure adherence to call scripts and maintain high customer interaction standards.
Sales Performance & Target Achievement:
  • Set accurate and effective sales targets for the outbound team.
  • Collaborate with management to develop outbound strategies and sales philosophies.
  • Monitor and report on team performance against set targets.
Financial & Budget Management:
  • Design and implement commission and incentive structures.
  • Accurately calculate commissions and seat costs.
  • Develop budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
Team Leadership & Development:
  • Ensure the outbound sales team is well-resourced and equipped with the necessary tools.
  • Enforce discipline and implement corrective measures where necessary.
  • Provide continuous coaching, mentoring, and skills development for team members.
What Wexe2x80x99re Looking For:Qualifications & Experience:
  • Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
  • Tertiary qualification in commerce or business (advantageous).
  • 2-3 years of management experience in a sales environment.
  • 5 years of sales experience, with a preference for BPO experience.
  • Experience in the telecoms industry will be advantageous.
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Strong expertise in tele-sales and call centre management.
  • Understanding of commission structures and basic financial accounting.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Lead Management tools).
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Quick Base.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and planning skills.
Performance Measures:
  • Achievement of sales targets and adherence to schedules.
  • Effective outbound tele-sales control implementation.
  • High customer satisfaction ratings.
