We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven

Telkom Sales Agents

to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, engaging with potential customers, and delivering outstanding service. Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales opportunities. Engage with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate products or services. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Follow up on leads and opportunities to drive conversion rates. Ensure all customer information is accurately entered into the CRM system. Handle customer objections with professionalism and find solutions to overcome them. Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Work collaboratively with the team and management to achieve overall contact centre goals. Participate in ongoing training and development to continuously improve skills and grow within the contact centre.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in a sales or target-driven role, preferably within a call centre environment. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet sales targets. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Willingness to learn and adapt to new products, services, and processes. Excellent listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Flexible and open to career growth opportunities within the company. Experience with CRM systems and basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in telesales, outbound sales, or contact centre sales. Familiarity with sales scripts and techniques. Matric
