SUMMARY:
-POSITION INFO::The Outdoor Media Specialist - Sales (OOH) is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing sales opportunities within the outdoor advertising space across a portfolio of retail properties. This individual will lead efforts to market and lease billboard and signage space, design and execute strategic OOH campaigns, and help increase property visibility to attract tenants, customers, and investors.This role plays a key part in driving brand awareness by leveraging traditional and digital OOH platforms such as billboards, signage, and digital displays, while also collaborating with internal teams and external clients to ensure successful campaign implementation and outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Sales Development:Develop and implement strategies to drive sales of outdoor advertising inventory.Identify and target new business opportunities, including retailers, media buyers, local businesses, and advertisers.Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal presentation, contract negotiation, and deal closure.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including advertising agencies and direct brands.Collaborate with clients to understand marketing goals and create tailored OOH advertising solutions.Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.Campaign Management & Coordination:Oversee the execution of OOH advertising campaigns to ensure alignment with brand and marketing objectives.Coordinate with creative teams to develop high-impact advertising materials.Ensure the timely installation, rotation, and maintenance of OOH ads.Market Research & Strategy:Conduct ongoing market research to stay current on trends in outdoor media and retail marketing.Analyze competitive activity to inform strategy and innovation.Provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance and property visibility.Performance Reporting:Track, evaluate, and report on campaign effectiveness and sales performance.Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.Maintain regular reporting for senior management on revenue, leads, and campaign outcomes.Job Requirements:Experience:Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing within the OOH, real estate, retail, or advertising sectors.Previous experience in Out of Home (OOH) media is highly advantageous.Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Skills:Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to develop persuasive proposals and custom advertising strategies.Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.Creative mindset with the ability to work collaboratively on marketing content.Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).Attributes:Self-starter with a passion for sales and marketing.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Interest in retail real estate and outdoor advertising.
