SDR-level outreach experience and deep expertise in sophisticated LinkedIn prospecting
-- not someone from an HR background. You should know how to identify high-quality prospects, craft compelling messages, and use automation tools intelligently to boost engagement without sacrificing personalization.
You'll lead a team of 5 sourcing specialists and oversee the full outreach process to potential instructors. Think of it as a sales development team, but instead of booking demos, you're opening doors to world-class teaching talent.

A former or current SDR, outbound prospector, or growth specialist who lives and breathes LinkedIn and cold outreach
Obsessed with personalization, response rates, and outreach optimization
Comfortable using automation tools -- but know when to step in with a human touch
Skilled in using generative AI tools to write outreach copy, personalize messages at scale, and build efficient, high-performing campaigns

Responsibilities:
Lead, support, and grow a team of 5 sourcers focused on identifying and reaching out to prospective instructors
Develop, test, and optimize LinkedIn and email outreach strategies to improve open and response rates
Build high-quality outreach funnels and messaging sequences using automation and personalization best practices
Monitor and improve email deliverability, domain health, and messaging performance
Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate and scale prospecting efforts without sacrificing quality
Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Talent, Ops) to align outreach with instructor needs
Report on performance metrics and continuously refine team processes for better outcomes
Requirements
Strong background in
B2B outreach and prospecting -- particularly via LinkedIn and email
-- with a proven ability to identify, engage, and convert hard-to-reach executives
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach automation tools, and Hubspot
Proven ability to write compelling, personalized outreach messages that get replies
Deep understanding of email deliverability and campaign performance optimization
Familiarity with the latest generative AI tools and how to use them effectively in outreach workflows
Excellent written English and communication skills
