A lovely family is looking for a Personal Assistant




Area: Paarl

Working hours: Mon - Fri: 08h00 - 17h00

Duties:

Managing emails, calendars, and appointments Handling phone calls and correspondence Coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and preparing reports Booking travel arrangements and accommodations Filing, document management, and data entry Assisting with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping Researching and compiling information as needed Running personal errands and handling confidential matters Liaising with clients, suppliers, and service providers Any other administrative or organizational tasks as required
Special Requirements: Female, Personal Assistant/ Admin experience

Start Date and contract term: ASAP - permanent

Salary: R20 000 - R23 000pm



All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

*Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child-caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.

*Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.

*Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.

*Must have a clear criminal record

*Must have a passion for children

*Must have Matric

*Must have a South African ID document.
