Northern Suburbs, Cape Town - Western Cape - South AfricaThis role presents an exceptional opportunity for a Packing Supervisor within a dynamic Packing and Filling Department. You will lead, plan, and oversee daily operations to maintain high-quality and efficient standards.Essential Requirements:
- You will possess a Matric qualification with mathematics as essential, complemented by five years of hands-on experience in a cosmetic or pharmaceutical production environment.
- Supervisory training and solid expertise in Quality Management Systems are advantageous
- Preferably with experience in SYSPRO or comparable software.
- A strong command of MS Office is also required.
- You will bring assertive leadership skills, a keen sense of prioritisation
- The ability to thrive under pressure, ensuring smooth daily packing and filling processes.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential, along with a proactive approach to supervising staff performance and adherence to GMP standards.
