Achieve and improve all
production line targets

Implement corrective actions to prevent substandard products and drive
continuous improvement

Control
fixed costs, beer loss, and container loss
.
Ensure the
packaging line is clean and organized
at all times.
Ensure
packaged volumes by brand/pack
align with production plans.
Comply with
safety standards and statutory requirements

Facilitate and lead
maintenance postmortems
, capturing insights for improvement.
Report on
efficiencies, downtime, and production issues
.
People & Performance Management
Lead and motivate teams, including
performance appraisals, discipline, training, and development
.
Recruit, select, and appoint staff, ensuring the right
skills and capacity
are in place.
Set and monitor

Conduct

Key Requirements
Degree in Engineering
or equivalent
3-5 years' experience
in
Production Management
Experience in
high-speed packaging plant & equipment
PC literate
(Microsoft Office proficiency)
Strong understanding of
Maintenance Processes & Packaging Equipment
Assertive leadership
with excellent people management skills
Strong
diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
