Job Description
A successful South African consortium in producing, processing and exporting quality citrus, mango and vegetables in Limpopo and the Western Cape, is recruiting a Packhouse Administrator for their packhouse in Hoedspruit, Limpopo.
- Responsible for issuing packing instructions under the manager's guidance and communicating this with the packhouse.
- Coordinate quality assurance and food safety.
- Liaison with agents.
- Administration and reports.
- Orchard visits to determine size of fruit, and making of recommendations re. markets.
