KwaZulu Natal xe2x80x93 KwaZulu Natal: Our client is seeking an experienced Packhouse & Farm Accountant who is passionate about numbers and adept at implementing financial systems.Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, CPA preferable
- 10 years of experience, strong knowledge of accounting principles, and proficiency in relevant software.
- Previous experience with Xero
- Computer literate
- Previous experience with manufacturing / packhouse
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Implement and maintain robust financial systems to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including stock control systems, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and legal reporting requirements.
