Must have 2+ yrs of experience in Food Packing and Maintenance Admin., including budgeting, cost management, (Health & Safety), minute taking, inventory control, and maintenance, in an FMCG/food processing and packing plant. Maintenance budget preparation and tracking of expenses/ensure execution of preventative maintenance plan/procurement/ management of critical spares/consumables/capture job cards for reactive maintenance tasks/follow up and update all job cards/perform admin duties, including preparation of leak free declarations, packing overall equipment efficiency (OEE),energy management/and maintenance reporting within the scope of the department. Administer/control/report on Packing operations at Business Unit/ensure stock cntl/ procurement/optimisation of packaging material/administer Packing Operator/packing records/accurate/on-time reporting. Support Packing Manager/Department/ensure correct model stock/quality of packing/Food Safety/pest cnt/human safety/labour practices/environmental standards/efficiency/productivity of packing/optimisation installed capacity/value drivers/perform admin. tasks as required.
