Job SummaryHire Resolve is currently partnering with a reputable packaging company in search of a dynamic and experienced Packing Manager to join their client's team. As a Packing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the packing operations within the company, ensuring efficient processes, maintaining quality standards, and maximizing productivity.Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the packing operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management
• Ensure compliance with packing procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Optimize packing processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Train and develop packing staff to ensure adherence to procedures and performance targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination between packing, production, and logistics departments
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock rotation
• Handle any issues or complaints related to packing operations and take appropriate actions to resolve them

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Operations Management, Manufacturing, or Engineering)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a packing management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of packing processes, equipment, and materials
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and achieving operational targets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
