Design, implement, and manage global paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic platforms.Campaign Management and Optimization:
Oversee all aspects of paid marketing campaigns, including keyword research, audience targeting, ad creation, and bid management. Continuously optimize for performance to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, and LTV.Budget Management:
Manage and allocate paid marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective acquisition strategies while maximizing ROI.Creative Collaboration:
Work closely with content, design, and product teams to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages that resonate with Blitzys target audience.Data-Driven Insights:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms. Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior leadership.Market and Trend Analysis:
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform changes, and competitor strategies to ensure Blitzy remains at the forefront of paid marketing innovation.Cross-Team Collaboration:
Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to align paid marketing efforts with overall business objectives and revenue goals.Requirements:Proven Experience:
5+ years of experience in managing paid marketing campaigns, preferably in B2B SaaS, or tech-focused industries.Platform Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms. Familiarity with programmatic advertising is a plus.Analytical Skills:
Strong proficiency in analyzing data and using insights to optimize campaign performance. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).Budget Management:
Demonstrated experience managing six-figure marketing budgets with a focus on ROI-driven decision-making.Creative Collaboration:
Ability to collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets that align with brand messaging.Project Management:
