The Paid Media Campaign Specialist role will be responsible for managing and optimizing all paid advertising campaigns in order to deliver against clearly defined goals aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Manage campaigns to deliver ROI to the business, reporting to executive stakeholders
Manage and allocate budget and media mix to maximize performance
Actively drive a/b testing and experimenting to generate new insights and uncover new opportunities

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Imperative
Must have a passion for digital marketing and wanting to build a career within the digital space
Minimum 3-4 years of experience and be working 100% independently on basis of senior level profile
Completed Advanced Search / Display Google certifications / Google Shopping Certification
Experience on GTM / tag implementation
Completed Google Analytics Certification
Experience in management of digital accounts with a ROI focus
Experience in managing digital campaigns with branding and performance driven goals
Experience with managing digital campaigns for video & mobile
Experience with Lead-gen focus/Finance vertical
Experiencing allocating budgets effectively across different types of paid media with focus on ROI
Experience with Google Analytics and how to implement & interpret data
Experience with tag management tools is a plus
Ability to troubleshoot tech issues within buying platforms and present solutions
Must have the ability to understand and interpret the strategy and execute this within the applicable platforms
Ability to analyze campaigns & implement strategy based on findings
Ability to conduct post-campaign analysis and to present that to stakeholders
Ability to build reporting templates suited for different stakeholders involved
Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and proactively identify opportunities and resolve problems
Ability to work closely and collaborate with executive stakeholders / partners and consultants

Experience working for / with financial institutions providing credit services across Meta ads and Google Ads
