Join a dynamic team as a Paid Media Specialist, where youll drive impactful digital advertising strategies across leading platforms. Your expertise will optimize campaigns, enhance client ROI, and shape data-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment.Design and execute innovative paid media strategies aligned with client goals, leveraging platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Manage end-to-end campaign processes, including audience targeting, ad copy creation, budget allocation, and performance analysis
Continuously refine campaigns using A/B testing, trend analysis, and real-time optimizations to maximize engagement and conversions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and brand consistency
Monitor budgets, track KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CTR), and deliver insightful reports to stakeholders
Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edgeSkills & Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably within an agency setting
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Certifications such as Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are highly advantageous
Excellent communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating with teams
Degree/diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred
Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to evolving prioritiesApplication Process:
