Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Paid Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team in George. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will play a key role in planning, implementing, and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, Bing, Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram and more.
• Have a deep understanding of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Conduct keyword research and develop ad copy that aligns with campaign objectives.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance data to optimize ad spend and ROI.
• A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design visually appealing ad creatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media.
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations.

• 2+ years of campaign management experience, with a minimum of 1 year running paid marketing campaigns on Facebook and Google for business-to-customer products.
• A relevant Marketing or Digital Marketing qualification will be beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Have customer-centricity at the forefront of all conversations and decisions.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and data analytics tools.
• Have strong commercial acumen for the factors that drive business success in a fast-paced Fintech environment.
• Be proactive in exploring your problem space and surroundings, in support of your team's product vision and roadmap.
• Be highly accountable when it comes to meeting deadlines and driving projects.
