Ignite Visibility is seeking an experienced and talented Paid Media Strategist to join our team.
A successful Paid Media Strategist will have hands on paid media strategy and hands-on in platform implementation experience to effectively manage and execute paid search and display campaigns on Google, Bing, and other paid media platforms. The individual will effectively manage account setup and implementation, strategy, daily optimization, and budget while working cross-collaboratively with the SEO, Content, and Account Management teams in order to maximize a client's return on ad spend. Experience with franchise business or multi location business highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Be a strategic partner for our clients
Initial campaign set up including keyword research, ad copy, and conversion
tracking
Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order
to achieve maximum ROI in paid search, display, and social media
campaigns
Track, report, and analyze website analytics and paid media initiatives and
campaigns
Manage campaign expenses, optimization, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and
reconcile discrepancies
Consult on landing page best practices and copy adjustments needed to
improve post-click engagement and conversion
Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
Research and analyze competitor advertising
Will be expected to meet or exceed project deadlines and budgeted hours. If
deadlines or budgeted hours will not be met, communication with the team is
expected before the fact
Keep track of all details on project status and next steps. Be able to report
that information when requested
Assist in building systems and protocols internally
Ability to communicate rapidly and effectively with all parties involved in the
projects
Will be expected to have a drive to continually learn and grow in knowledge
and skill of paid media
Stay on top of industry trends in order to stay on the cutting edge
Assist sales team with presentations and proposal development
Performs other duties as assigned by management
Required Experience
4+ years paid media strategy and hand-on implementation experience with emphasis on Google search ads (google ads)
Google ads certification
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Universal Analytics 4 experience
Hands on experience in managing $20k+ monthly client campaign budgets
Proven success with lead gen and eCommerce accounts
Excel / Google sheets competency including pivot tables and v-lookups
Data studio or similar reporting experience with data visualization
Bachelor's degree in business, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related field
Strong Presentation Skills, Creative, Customer Focused & Action Oriented
Strong English communication skills, verbal and written
