Job Title: Paid Search / Paid Media Advertising ManagerLocation: Remote (LATAM, Philippines, or SA)About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Paid Search / Paid Media Advertising Manager to oversee digital advertising campaigns across Google, Bing, and Meta for multi-location and multi-brand healthcare organizations in the U.S. This includes physician groups such as allergists, cardiovascular specialists, veterinarians, and other healthcare providers. Given upcoming departmental changes, we need to hire quickly.This role requires a strong background in managing multi-location paid media campaigns, daily optimizations, and strategic planning. You will work closely with our incoming Paid Media Director to execute campaigns efficiently and drive measurable results.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, and Meta, ensuring efficient budget allocation and ROI.Manage multiple ad accounts, handling daily campaign optimizations, account setups, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to enhance campaign performance.Develop and implement strategies tailored for multi-location healthcare organizations, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and compliance with industry regulations.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align paid media efforts with business objectives and marketing initiatives.Generate performance reports and provide insights on key KPIs, offering recommendations for improvement.Stay updated on the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media advertising.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in paid media advertising, specifically in Google, Bing, and Meta platforms.Proven track record managing campaigns for multi-location and multi-brand businesses, preferably in healthcare.Strong understanding of PPC strategies, bid management, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.Hands-on experience in managing large budgets across multiple accounts.Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.Experience working with international teams and an interest in recruiting and expanding marketing teams globally is a plus.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience and location.Opportunity to work with a fast-growing team in a dynamic, high-impact role.Long-term career growth opportunities, including the potential to help expand the marketing team globally.If you have a passion for paid media advertising and thrive in managing high-volume, multi-location campaigns, we encourage you to apply!
