Job Description
Requirements:
Experience in Magistrates court process and clerk of the court. Knowledge of Administration Orders, Debt Reviews and Garnishee orders an adv. Must be able to draft court applications and oppositions. LLB Degree or similar qualification Must have knowledge and experience in Rescissions/ Minimum 5 years experience.
Duties and responsibilities:
Client Consults and Queries Drafting various applications . Attending to daily file Management.
