Main Purpose of the Job:We are seeking a dynamic Parenteral Nutrition Product Manager to oversee the strategic, commercial, and scientific aspects of a leading Parenteral Nutrition portfolio. This role involves managing all marketing activities, ensuring the product portfolio meets market needs and drives business growth.Key Performance Areas:Marketing Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans annually.Formulate quarterly marketing strategies with input from the Group Product Manager, Marketing Director, and Sales Managers.Plan and execute promotional activities, including congresses, marketing campaigns, and advertising.Coordinate with external partners for promotional events, including event managers and congress organizers.Lead special marketing projects that enhance the overall portfolio.Financial Management:Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, working closely with senior management to finalize figures.Analyze market trends and sales data to develop medium-term strategies.Manage promotional budgets and control expenses, making decisions on marketing activities.Collaborate with leadership on product pricing and margin setting to ensure company profitability.Support demand management by forecasting stock and monitoring supply from manufacturing sites.Customer Liaison:Maintain relationships with key customers through in-field visits across various regions.Engage with key opinion leaders and support the sales team in the field to enhance market presence.Strategic Planning:Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market research and field intelligence.Evaluate potential growth areas and align strategies with market trends.Administrative Duties:Compile and present monthly reports on market trends and sales performance to management.Provide feedback on field activities and participation in congresses to senior management.Scientific Support/Training:Deliver scientific training to the sales force on new products, in collaboration with Medical Affairs.Facilitate basic training for new employees across various departments with support from marketing and sales colleagues.Qualifications and Experience:A medical-related BSc Degree (e.g., B. Dietetics, B. Cur Nursing, or B. Pharma).
