Job Summary KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Develop an annual business plan and budget in line with the reserve management plan Develop an anti-poaching program in consultation with Resource security office and regional Manager Develop and implement equipment and infrastructure maintenance plans Develop an annual wildlife and monitoring plan Management of subordinates Liaison and neighbour relations Requirements: Grade 12 plus a 3-year Tertiary qualification in Nature Conservation / Environmental Sciences or relevant equivalent qualification. At least 2-3 years experience in the Conservation and/or Eco-tourism environment at supervisory level within the Protected Area environment and within field related duties. Sound knowledge of labour relations. Knowledge of relevant environmental and financial legislative framework.
