Hours: 20-25 hours per week Salary: R8,000 - R10,000 per month Location: fully remote
We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant - Bookkeeper to support a growing business with financial administration. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in bookkeeping, invoice management, and financial tracking.
Key responsibilities:
Managing and tracking invoices, ensuring timely issuance and follow-ups Bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records Expense tracking and data entry Assisting with financial reporting and general bookkeeping tasks Supporting the finance team with administrative duties as needed
Ideal candidate:
Prior experience in bookkeeping or financial administration Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or similar Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial tasks Excellent communication and organisational skills
