How you'll make an impact
Working alongside the Head of Partner Sales, this role is responsible for leading a team of Inside Sales Account Managers. The Partner Team Manager is responsible for the on-going coaching, development and leadership to help them to achieve their sales targets and ensuring Accounting and Bookkeeping Partners receive the support and guidance they need to succeed. The role draws on experience and proven, dynamic sales leadership accompanied by knowledge of the South African accounting marketplace. It carries responsibility for a significant proportion of the Xero South African business.
