A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a Business Management related subject
Minimum 8 years experience in a marketing/fundraising role
Minimum 5 years experience in a management role
High-level experience in leading strategic marketing and fundraising programs
A proven track record in driving multi-channel fundraising programs
Proven project management success
Adept at creating new, innovative approaches to maintain brand awareness, and donor loyalty and actively raise funds in a changing environment
The ability to develop strong relationships with other departments within the company and external partners in various disciplines to build a trusted talent pool for use on projects as required
Responsibilities
Overseeing all areas of the national Marketing and Fundraising Department
Designing the marketing and fundraising strategy to drive the business forward
Determining, and overseeing the management of budgets and KPIs
Overseeing the development of all fundraising plans, ensuring the implementation of effective programs that drive engagement and raise funds
Identifying new fundraising opportunities and providing actionable plans to ensure the continuous improvement of the clients fundraising efforts
Analysing overall execution and performance of plans and financials
