Komatsu South Africa is looking for a Parts Interpreter to join their team in the construction industry, that can assist in warehouse function. The preferred candidate should have a minimum of 2 - 4 years' experience in a warehouse working with parts.QUALIFICATION:

• Matric (NQF Level 4)
• Diploma (Advantage) NQF 6

EXPERIENCE:

• 2-4 years' experience in warehouse and working with parts ( Basic understanding of equipment and parts. Have a strong understanding to work with parts manuals).

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license
• SAP experience will be an advantage

SUMMARY OF ROLE CONTENT

• Executes parts sales
• Provides advice to the customer
• Address customer issues, and escalate unresolved issues
• Executes the parts ordering process
• Administrates the introduction of new parts into the system
• Follows up on emergency and backorders
• Generates Parts Inventory Availability Reports
• Generates backorder report
• Executes Parts Returns from customer
• Prints credit note reports for review by management
• Plans and execute perpetual and ad-hoc stock counts
• Executes and participates in stock counts
• Prints stock reports on variances, write-offs/write-ups for review by management
• Executes general office administration
• Liase with Debtors regarding account status and initiate cash sale process
• Comply with Health and Safety requirements and 5s
• Create quotes and follow up on open quotes
• Reject Quotes that are no longer valid or required
• Responsible for deliveries to Customer
• Responsible to administer and adhere to business best practices for site warehouse
• Responsible to expedite outstanding parts required
• Understand RAMP site parts process and support responsibility to leadership and customer
• Provide standby support to operation
• Expedite Worksorder parts/components.
• Engage with customer role players
• Manage returns receiving of components from REMAN
