Are you a seasoned Parts Manager with a knack for building strong relationships and keeping things running like a well-oiled machine? If you've got hands-on experience and a passion for the automotive industry, we want to hear from you! We're looking for a Dealership Parts Manager who's ready to make their mark in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring our client's parts department operates smoothly, keeping both customers and team members happy. You'll be overseeing the day-to-day operations of the parts department, ensuring efficiency and excellent service, and leading a team of dedicated parts professionals while fostering a positive and motivated work environment. You will also manage inventory control, order processing, and supplier relationships - ensuring the right parts are available when needed, keeping a close eye on KPIs and sales targets, and driving the department to meet and exceed goals.Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Driver's License
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
3+ years of Parts Management experience in a franchised motor dealership - you know the ropes and can hit the ground running.
Experience working with Keyloop (formerly CDK) and/or IAL DM Systems - you're familiar with the tech that keeps things ticking.
A hands-on approach - you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting involved in day-to-day operations.
People-oriented - your leadership skills shine through as you manage your team and maintain great relationships with both staff and customers.
3 months commission sheets (MUST be sent with CV)
