Job Description
Job Summary A well-established automotive dealership based in Paarl, Western Cape is looking for a experienced Part Sales Executive.Duties (but not limited to):
- Service existing clients
- Parts sourcing
- Assist Service Department with parts request orders
- Assist with telephonic queries and parts sales
- Assist walk-in customers and provide excellent service with regards to parts
- Provide best customer service
- Handle customer complaints
- Receive & log stock into inventory
- Notify service department when parts / back ordered have been received
- Maintain parts department neat and tidy
- Must have Parts Sales experience in the Automotive Industry (Commercial or Passenger)
- Grade 12
- Computer Literate
- Work well under pressure
- Multi tasker
- Customer care skills
- Good communication skills
