Job Summary Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Parts Sales Executive to join their dynamic team in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal. If you have a passion for the automotive industry and excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing automotive parts and accessories.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our parts inventory and pricing.
- Process orders and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely parts availability.
- Previous experience in parts sales or automotive industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
