Respond to queries that do not require CEO input. Inform CEO of the request she personally needs to respond to.Accept or reject invitations received.Connect CEO to Client contacts (ongoing build her following and engagement)Source CEO interesting articles/ideas on LinkedIn for further exposure.Set up monthly rotational coffee chats for staff - suggest a topic of discussion (non-work related).Be part of the glue for the team.Marketing Administrator DutiesThe Marketing Administrator will assist the Marketing Manager in executing various marketing campaigns and administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in setting up and sending marketing campaigns.2. Content Support: Assist in publishing and editing marketing materials such as testimonials, blogs, newsletters, and website content.3. Ad-hoc Reporting and Research: Conduct basic market research and analysis to support campaign strategies and identify industry trends. Assist with reports when required.4. Assist in administering company events like webinars and get togethers.5. Administrative Duties: Maintain and update marketing design databases, and handle routine administrative tasks.6. Social Media Scheduling: Support the management of social media accounts, including monthly planning and daily scheduling posts and tracking the performance of posts to add value to building our social media presence.7.
