: This entity in the building industry is looking to recruit a Bookkeeper to work three mornings a week. Some administrative work including reconciliation of creditors and debtors, following up with suppliers, CIPC. Flexible work from home hybrid position, but preferably in-office once or twice a week. The offices are based close to Hydepark, Sandton. Only 8 to 12 hours a week, split over 2 half-days.Responsibilities:Reconciliations Annual Statutory Returns - CIPRO Returns: Tracking of professional fees invoiced to approved quotes for construction projects (write amount and timing of payments)
Comparing approved quotes to invoices and reporting bank discrepancies
Processing Invoices from suppliers
Filing of invoices to be checked paid and authorised
Double checking that the invoices have been processed and then filing the invoice
Preparing Customer Invoices: Interest calculation for outstanding debtors (rental & loans)
Capture expenses into pastel for various companies
Admin and accounting for investments equities
