Job Description
Job Summary Duties:
- Working directly with customers to explain and recommend financing options, extended warranties, aftermarket products and other options
- Finding competitive rates to encourage customers to purchase vehicles
- Processing applications for vehicle financing and helping customers get approved
- Verifying that all paperwork is completed correctly and filed properly
- Maintaining strong relationships with lending institutions to have lots of program options and competitive rates
- Seeking out new programs/products that benefit customers and encourage them to buy
- Ensuring compliance by following all local, state, and federal regulations
- Training the sales team on available financing and programs to ensure they promote them to customers
- Minimum 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in an F&I role, with a proven track record
- Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment
- Must be target driven
- Matric, NQF Level 4 or min 120 credits, RE qualification, NCA qualification, up to date CPD hours and proof of COB (where it was required)
- Having a RE5 qualification will be an added advantage
- Seriti experience an advantage
- Knowledge of legislation, industry practice and the application of policy and procedures
- Strong Communication and negotiation skills.
