Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry production.
  • Creativity and ability to develop new and innovative pastry recipes.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality and consistency.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Degree or diploma in Pastry Arts or a related field is preferred.
