Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and create a diverse range of desserts, pastries, breads, and other baked goods.
Develop new recipes and innovative dessert presentations while maintaining classic favorites.
Coordinate and manage pastry production to meet the demands of the hotel's dining outlets.
Ensure all pastry items are prepared and presented according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the pastry kitchen and equipment.
Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
Extensive knowledge of pastry and baking techniques, including decoration and presentation.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Creativity and passion for developing new recipes and desserts.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
