Job Description


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Patisserie or Pastry Arts from a recognized culinary institution.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star lodge, luxury hotel, or fine dining restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of various pastry techniques, including chocolate work, sugar art, and bread baking.
  • Familiarity with dietary restrictions and alternative ingredient options.
  • Excellent plating and creative presentation skills.
  • Understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene protocols (HACCP knowledge preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in remote locations and manage the challenges of game lodge settings.
