Requirements:
- Good communication skills/Able to converse well
- A quick learner
- Must be able to work shifts
- Must have a suitable qualification in Catering
- Previous work experience as a Pastry Chef essential (4years plus)
- Own reliable transport
- A knowledge of Menu Planning for High Teas & Dessert Menus
- Buffet desserts
- Banqueting catering desserts
- Must be able to handle stressful situations
