Job Summary As the Head Pastry Chef, you will play a pivotal role in curating a world-class pastry experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass menu development, leading a team of pastry chefs, ensuring the highest quality of pastry production, and contributing to the overall culinary excellence of our hotel. Key Responsibilities: Menu Development Pastry Production Team Leadership Inventory and Resource Management Quality Assurance Hygiene and Safety Budget Oversight Collaboration Guest Interaction Requirements: Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant. Culinary degree or relevant pastry certification. A passion for pastry arts and an innate sense of creativity. Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management. Proficiency in pastry techniques, ingredients, and presentation. Effective inventory management skills and cost control expertise. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and service teams.
