Job Description

We are famous for our Hardware and Building Material since 1903 and still growing! Our Payroll Department requires a Payroll Admin Assistant in a support role. This position will be based at our Head Office in Rietfontein, Pretoria.

REQUIREMENTS:


Min Grade 12 qualification

Diploma in Business Administration or similar will be ideal

Previous payroll software exposure is essential

WCF (Workmans Compensation Fund) experience

IOD (Injury on Duty) registration and administration

Computer Literate: Payroll Software, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

Strong administration skills

Interpersonal skills essential

RESPONSIBILITIES:



Responsible for all WCA and IOD registration and administration.

Providing support for the Payroll functions as and when required.

Administrating group scheme benefits.

Record keeping of staff, archiving and filing.
