Job Description


Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Tertiary qualification in Payroll
  • Accsys PeopleWare experience
  • MS Excel intermediate
  • Time and Attendance software knowledge
  • More than 5 years experience in payroll for a big company
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Handle payroll for 1250+ employees.
  • Process timesheets.
  • Accurately calculate all payments and deductions (increases and leave payments)
  • Manage statutory deductions (PAYE, UIF, WCA, garnishee orders, loans etc.)
  • Maintain payroll records.
  • Address employee pay queries.
  • Liaise with HR Department.
  • Ensure timely and proactive payroll management.
