PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR Reporting to: Temp Talent Acquisition ConsultantPrincipal Areas of Responsibilities as Payroll Administrator:
Capture of temp details.
Ensuring time sheets are received timeously before cut off dates
Preparation of payroll schedule for sign off by Branch Manager
Filing of temp packs
Assist with queries from temps re payroll where necessary and escalate to Consultants where and when requires (i.e. payslips, leave balances, IRP 5s, UI 19 Forms etc)
Assist with client queries re payroll/invoicing where necessary and escalate to manager where and when required
Temp contracts and documentation (contract, annexure, banking details, sending to payroll and filing of packs)
Ensuring terminations are completed with all relevant documentation to payroll
Distribute Payslips.
Receive advance requests, process and deduct of next pay run.
Print payroll reports.
New project assistance and help.
Up keeping of all current reports and Setup of new reports where needed.
Ensure all is completed accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate daily and weekly figures, as required.

General
Ensure sufficient templates of Manpower standard documents are available in trays e.g. Blank reference forms, timesheets, uniform issue, leave forms client feedback forms etc.
General office duties include faxing, filing and photocopying
Liaising with the courier company regarding collections, deliveries and any queries
Maintaining and controlling stationery, promotional and marketing items
Assist with updating daily, weekly and monthly client reports
