Job Description


My client is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team, ensuring time-sheets are accurate and payments are processed timely.Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the payroll for all employees, ensuring timeliness and accurate processing.
  • Prepare financial and payroll reports.
  • Ensure all account balances are correct and resolve any payroll discrepancies.
  • Provide payroll-related information and support to employees, assisting the Payroll Clerk.
  • Submit required SARS documentation, including EMP101, EMP201, and EMP501.
  • Assist with various deductions such as loans, advances, and garnishee orders.
  • Manage deductions for taxes, UIF, levies, and other statutory requirements.
Minimum Requirements and Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or Manager.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Sage VIP Premier.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management and organisational abilities.
  • Minimum National Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, HR, or Payroll.
