You will be responsible for performing a full payroll function, including but not limited to:Full processing of monthly (xc2xb1350 employees) and weekly (xc2xb115 employees) payrolls:
Collating and processing of payroll information
Input new employees and exits, as well as changes to personal information
Handling staff queries regarding payroll
Distributing payslips (hard copies and Info slips)
Preparing all payroll related reports for the manager
Run month end processes;
Prepare and maintain accurate records;
Year-end processing and reconciliation including payment summaries;
Ad hoc HR and Payroll matters;
Work closely with and provide clerical support to Human Resources;
Conduct and/or assist with new hire orientation;
Capturing and filing of employee documentation;
Perform any other duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact professionalism, and diplomacy
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Proficient with VIP
Drivers licence and own car advantageousEducation and Experience:
Minimum Matric/ Grade 12
At least 2 years experience working as a Payroll Administrator
At least 2 years experience working on VIP
Own transport is required as you will travel to the other branch from time to time
Attention to detail and accuracy is vital for this position
