SAGE 300 PEOPLE - PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR - JOB DESCRIPTION:/ headcount of +/- 350
xc3x98 Responsible for the full payroll function of a staff compliment of +- 350 people.

xc3x98 Microsoft Excel
xc3x98 Familiar with Teams
xc3x98 Process new employees and terminations
xc3x98 Load/ terminate employees on the MIBCO online returns and process any commission/job title changes to correspond with SAGE 300 People
xc3x98 Calculate Leave Pay Outs upon terminations (RPD)
xc3x98 Manage accumalated leave days for each employee
xc3x98 Change/Update banking details
xc3x98 Processing of Tax Numbers & Tax Directives
xc3x98 Load/ Import all earnings: (Commission, Allowances, Incentives, Bonuses, and Increases Etc.)
xc3x98 Load/Import all deductions: (Advances, Loans, Perks Tax, Medical aids, Pens/Provident Funds, Standard Bank Home Loans Etc.)
xc3x98 Liaise with Medical Aids, Provident Funds & DOL daily
xc3x98 Add/terminate dependants/spouses on/off Discovery & Bestmed medical aids
xc3x98 Additions/Terminations Turnberry Gap Cover
xc3x98 Process/ Withdraw/Update member details on Sanlam Fund/ MIBCO Fund/ Auto Workers Fund
xc3x98 Reconcile all payroll information, namely: Bestmed, Discovery, Sanlam Fund, Mibco Online Returns,
xc3x98 Check Tax Validation reports before confirming pay run
xc3x98 Create Billings (BIM report) and ensure all reports reach Financial Managers on time
xc3x98 Sanlam - Digital processing on the Portal Website - wef 1st of August 2024 - training will be provided by SANLAM
xc3x98 Process Monthly Sanlam Consolidated Report to Payroll Manager - currently
xc3x98 Filing of all salary input upon end of the month
xc3x98 Ensure files are ready for auditing
xc3x98 Assist auditors with all information needed
xc3x98 Draft confirmation of Maternity Letters, Certificate of Services & UIF
xc3x98 Liaise with/ assist HR with opening new employee files - we are currently in the process to upload Employee file onto SAGE 300
xc3x98 Responsible for pay queries and feedback to all Financial Manager/ Accountants
xc3x98 ESS - updating employee information for ESS
